Prior to opening her own practice, Renner worked under Judge Joven in the Marion Superior Court and for five years at the J. Edgar Law Offices.
Renner graduated from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and obtained her Bachelor of Arts from Butler University. Renner is known to sometimes bring her dogs to work, whom she refers to as her "para-beagles.”
